Q. which plan should i choose?

A. Not sure which plan to choose?  The main difference revolves around whether you just want the review request tool to send to your customers via sms or email..... or if you want all of our tools as well as your very own Micro Website.

 

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

A. You'll need to allow 1-2 business days for Yap About to create your customised tools, and 2-3 business days for your Micro Website.  This can be achieved faster if we have all of the information we need about your business on hand.  After that, it takes you 10 seconds to save the special request tool to your phone or computer and then you're off and running.

 

Q. is it better to ask for reviews by email or sms?

If you have the ability to send sms messages, then we recommend you do so as these get a much higher response rate.  If you're using software in your business already that sends out SMS reminders to your customers - then it's highly likely that you'll be able to send out review requests by SMS through your software.  (You'll need to check with your software provider on this.)

 

Q. what are the yap about review tools & widgets?

A. Tools and widgets give you easy to use tools for your website and email. You can have your reviews streamed directly on your website, plus you can embed a "Review Us" link for customers to click on.  With emails, you'll get a beautiful and professional signature that you simply add to the bottom of your emails. This then gives your customers another chance to review your services by clicking on the signature request area.  Having these tools significantly increases you chances of customers posting reviews.

 

Q. what's the micro website?

A. It's a chance for you to have a mini website (it contains about 7 pages), that's geared to showcasing your services and reviews, and it's another chance to show up in the search engines.

 

Q. can i make changes to the micro website myself?

A. Yes you can. The websites are built in a really simple web platform. If you'd like to have access to the backend just shoot an email over to penny@yapabout.com and we'll get you set up.  

 

Q. what happens to the micro website if i cancel?

A. Well, providing you have your own domain name, we can transfer the ownership of the site over to you for a small transfer fee. But it won't have any of the Yap About tools embedded in it anymore. ie no social feeds, no review request tools, no showcasing your latest and best customers reviews. You'll also then need to pay the website platform company directly for an ongoing monthly hosting fee.

 

Q. can i get yap about to make changes to the micro website?

A. Yes, we can make simple changes for you, ie changing the wording on a page or adding in a different image for you.  Any further changes, like adding in extra pages etc will be charged at an additional fee.  Just shoot an email over to penny@yapabout.com if you'd like to know more on this of if you have a larger change request.

 

Q. am i signed up on a contract?

A. Definitely not.  Feel free to cancel anytime.  Just click on the button below and we'll get this sorted for you ASAP.

Q. how do i add more business locations to my account?

A. It's easy to add more business locations to your account.  Just choose a plan to get started.  Once you're signed up you can add additional locations as you need them.  You only pay for the number of locations in your account in any given month.
